Why do I need to supply the 3-digit code on my credit card?
The 3-digit code is know as the Card Identification Number (CID) or Card Verification Code (CVC) or Credit Card Verification (CCV) number. The 3-digit code is a security measure to protect our clients. To prevent fraudulent credit card use, we ask that you provide the code as proof that you have the actual card in your possession.

Why is the signature required for delivery?
FedEx and Express Mail requires a signature at the time of delivery. To protect you from lost or stolen tickets, we cannot authorize delivery without a signature, and FedEx cannot leave a package unattended at your home.

Many clients deliver to their office, where a receptionist or mail room area can sign for the package. Delivery to a trusted neighbor or friend is another viable option. The Credit Card Authorization Form is required to deliver to an address other than your billing address.

Although we do not recommend it, you may choose to waive the delivery signature requirement.

How do I waive the delivery signature requirement?
Our delivery service over-rides any waiver you may have on file with FedEx.  If you have a wavier on file you must complete the Credit Card Authorization Form to have the tickets delivered without obtaining a signature. 

Please be advised that choosing this option is a risk at your own expense. Once FedEx records a package delivered with a waived signature, we have no further recourse if the package happens to be stolen, blown away by the wind, or delivered to a wrong address.

Billing Address
The address you provide must match the address to which your credit card statements are mailed to. We cannot process an order that does not have a correct billing address match what is on file with your credit card company.  If you have recently moved make sure your credit card statement has your new address on file.

Shipping Address
All packages are shipped via FedEx or Express Mail to Post Office Boxes.

If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing address, you must complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to our office (800-2-FAX-TIX)
