Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
All ticket prices are sold above face value and may include a substantial service charge which reflect our costs in acquiring your tickets.
All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges and no cancellations.

Services Provided: TIX is a worldwide broker of entertainment tickets, including concerts, theater and sporting events. TIX specializes in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event, in any city.
TIX is in no way associated or authorized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, NFR., NASCAR, USTA, US Open, all logos and terms are trademarked and these terms are used for factual description purposes only. We have no association with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com or any other ticketing company or agency, box office or producer, theater, stadium or arena, or performer, artist, etc..
|AGREEMENT WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS||This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of this site and/or its associated web sites by you. By using this site, and/or its associated web sites you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof.|
availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Ticket
prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are confirmed.
TIX further reserves the right to refuse any order at our
discretion. We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no
longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are
not available. We also may direct you back to our online
ordering site to review current inventory. We reserve the right to
upgrade your tickets for the same price. Theater
tickets for box office pickup are for the best available
"house" seats. Exact
seat location can not be guaranteed for "house" seats.
Tickets are available only in the quantities advertised. All sets of tickets are located next to each other, unless otherwise indicated or you are contacted with additional information. You may request a smaller quantity from a larger set of tickets. For example if 6 tickets are listed, you may request 2 tickets. There can be no assurance the smaller set will be available or the price will be the same. It is best to request even sets of tickets, for example sets of 2, 4 or 6 are easier to obtain than odd sets like, 1, 3 or 5 tickets. Breaking up an even set of tickets may be offered as a higher priced option. If the quantity you need is not available or you have any questions, we invite you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because we are dealing with many different sources tickets can not be sold in real time. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to make it as accurate as possible. However prices and availability are subject to change. This is especially true in the days or even the couple weeks preceding a major national event, such as the Super Bowl or the World Series. The same tickets can drop or increase dramatically in price within hours. Most events don't have this kind of volatility but it can happen. We will provide you with availability and delivery information when your order is processed or upon request.
|BACKORDERS||For many events, such as the Super Bowl, the tickets are not distributed until just before the event. We are however able to secure orders months in advance so you are able to plan to attend the event. What we do in this case is take a non refundable deposit and secure the ticket that you are looking for at a set price. At that point the order is guaranteed and so is the price. If the order is not guaranteed you will always be informed of that at the time of the order.|
|TICKET PRICES||DUE TO THE EFFORTS AND COSTS INVOLVED, ALL SEATS ARE SOLD AT ABOVE FACE VALUE. Prices quoted include a service charge over the face value. The service charge varies with each ticket and depends on seat quality, supply and demand, and our cost of acquiring premium tickets. For very popular events the service charge can be several times the face value. All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by TIX. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.|

Orders placed after 5PM E.S.T. weekdays, holidays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
|BIDDING FOR TICKETS||You
may submit a Bid for tickets to name your own price for sold-out
concerts, theater and sporting events. Once your Bid is submitted
our brokers will immediately try to fill your order. We will keep
your order active based on your instructions. If we are able to
locate tickets and prices that meet your Bid parameters, then your
credit card will be charged and the order will be confirmed.
You will be notified by phone, fax or email as soon as we confirm your
order. You can cancel your Bid at anytime as long as your seats
have not been confirmed. Cancellations must be made my email or
fax only. Once an order is confirmed there are no refunds or
exchanges. At our option, we may
upgrade the quality of your seats without additional fees. You
may only use this Site to make legitimate requests to purchase the
products or services offered and shall not use this Site to make any
speculative, false or fraudulent Bids or any Bid in anticipation of
submits a Request for tickets (Bid), User agrees that if tickets
satisfying the User's ticket Bid are located, the amount of the
submitted ticket Bid, and all taxes, charges, surcharges,
shipping/handling and ticket Bid resubmission or other fees will be
automatically charged to the credit card submitted by the User. Such
amounts will be posted on this Site.
A 5% credit card
processing fee will be charged for confirmed tickets purchased through
the Bidding site only.
|TAX||Most tickets that we sell are not taxed. We collect tax as required by law. Generally any event that takes place within the Chicago city limits requires that we collect an entertainment tax that is variable up to 7%.|
|DEPOSITS||All deposits for tickets not delivered will be refunded within 30 days of the event.|
|REFUNDS & EXCHANGES||ALL
SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES. Once you place a ticket request there are no refunds or exchanges. If the seat locations you have requested are no longer available we will cancel your order and refund your credit card. Comparable seats may be offered to you if your exact ticket request is no longer available.
|CANCELLATIONS||Please double check your order before submitting. We encourage you to check the dates and venues to ensure you are ordering the exact event you desire. Double check with other members of your party to make sure you are ordering the correct quantity of tickets. Once an order is placed there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. If you make an error and wish to cancel, we may at our option, cancel your order with a $25 per ticket cancellation fee. You must notify us immediately after submitting your order of the error. If you re-order within 1 hour we will waive the cancellation fee.|
|CONSIGNMENT RETURNS||TIX may, at its option, accept tickets back on a consignment (try-and-sell) basis. You may list the tickets on our website by completing the form at www.seasonticketregistry.com. We make no guarantees that we will be able to resell your tickets or at what price. Do NOT send your tickets back. Should we find a buyer we will contact you with instructions.|
|SEASON TICKET REGISTRY||The User agrees to comply with any applicable local, state or federal laws that may apply to the trade, purchase or sales of season tickets. The User is also responsible for following regulations pertaining to the purchase agreements set forth by the sports franchise or venue as it relates to individual rights and responsibilities. The User acknowledges that there may be legal statutes that prohibit the trading, purchasing or selling of season tickets by unauthorized entities. We do not sanction the illegal trading, purchasing or selling of season seats. It is important that the User be familiar with the regulations that govern the participation in any season seat program as it relates to participation on this registry. You agree to hold TIX harmless for any actions caused as a result of listing tickets in the Registry. We agree to keep all ticket Sellers information and identity completely confidential.|
|SELLING TICKETS TO US||Users shall not provide fraudulent information or be involved in the transfer of counterfeit tickets or passes; and the trade, purchase or selling of tickets using the our system shall not violate any ordinance or regulation. To safeguard against counterfeit or fraudulent ticket transactions we may require a ticket seller to provide a faxed copy of actual tickets and proper identification, such as a drivers license and social security card. For large transactions you authorize TIX to perform a credit report and criminal records report on the Seller. The Seller is liable for any loss associated with selling fraudulent or counterfeit tickets. The Seller agrees that TIX will suffer harm and agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of ten times the value the tickets are sold for. TIX will forward fraudulent or counterfeit ticket transactions to local, state and federal law enforcement authorities for civil and criminal prosecution.|
|For rescheduled events no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.|
|CANCELED EVENTS||For canceled events of which there is no rescheduled date, full store credit will be issued to the purchaser except for an act of God, act of terrorism, strike, lockout or any postponements, less shipping and handling, provided the tickets are returned to this office within five (5) business days of the original event date. After 5 days of the original event date, you may need to return tickets directly to the box office for a face value refund only. We suggest you return the tickets via certified, insured mail, FedEx, etc. Store credits may be used for up to one (1) full year from the credit date, after which time the credit expires.|
|UNPLAYED POSTSEASON GAMES||Postseason games (such as playoffs) that are no longer required to be played and are officially canceled by the league are fully refundable, less shipping fees and Ticket Master (or other computerized ticketing outlet) fees that are non-refundable.|

require a signature on all deliveries.
The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. They can not deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when you place the order.
Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address. The Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements are mailed to.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require you to complete and fax us a CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM and a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use. Your order will be canceled if this documentation is not provided.
Should you require that the courier deliver the shipment without obtaining a signature we will require you to complete and fax us a CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM and a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use. Your order will be canceled if this documentation is not provided. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets if you waive the signature requirement.The tickets will be delivered using the best method. If possible we will inform you of the courier and when to expect delivery when the order is confirmed. Shipping charges will be higher for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, International, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that either are re-routed after leaving our office or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered on the Ticket Order Form. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since, the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting claim for tickets that are delivered late or not at all due to incomplete, inaccurate or missing information from your order form.
Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. Ticket delivery time begins once we are in possession of tickets and not when your order is placed. If you do not receive your tickets at least two (2) business days prior to the event, you must call or email our office so we can track your shipment. TIX is not responsible for late deliveries if you do not call us at least two business days prior to the event to advise us that you have not received your package.
|BOX OFFICE PICK-UP||Should
your tickets need to be
picked up at the Box Office or other designated location we require
you to complete and fax us a CREDIT
CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM and a signed copy of the invoice along
with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that
was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use.
Your order will be canceled if this documentation is not provided.
TIX is not responsible for tickets left at the box office or any other location if client fails to pick up their ordered tickets. Please call your agent immediately if tickets are not at the box office. If you are not called back within 5 minutes call our office at 1-800-872-8849 extension 911. You will be called back with instructions.

postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond
the control of TIX and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or
allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused be weather conditions, will
be made by TIX. We recommend that you monitor local radio stations
or call the venue for accurate, up to date schedule announcements.
Weather conditions may also delay, postpone or cancel an event on any day; customer will assume all weather risks as there will be NO refunds for rain-outs or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events which disrupt play, all events purchased through us should be considered as "rain-or-shine" final purchases. In case of an official rainout for a sporting event no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
|TRANSPORTATION||TIX shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of TIX.|
TIX is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, TIX will give you
the following options:
1. Tickets can be upgraded at your expense (subject to availability).
2. Tickets can be downgraded with a partial refund (subject to availability).
3. Ticket order may be canceled with a full refund.
In the event tickets are unavailable for a confirmed order, TIX liability shall be a refund of up to two times the original purchase price. If delivery of ticket is guaranteed, and the ticket is not delivered, TIX shall provide a refund equal to 100% of the contracted price, unless non-delivery is caused by an Act of God (snowstorm, flood, earthquake, etc.) or courier being unable to deliver tickets due to inability to obtain recipients signature, business closed, invalid address, etc. If a problem occurs and delivery of an exact ticket location becomes impossible, no penalty shall apply if TIX offers the buyer a comparable ticket at the same or lower price as the contracted ticket. In the rare instance that a ticket purchased by TIX for a client is later found to have been stolen, counterfeited or reported lost by the original purchaser, and TIX purchased these tickets in good faith, then TIX shall be liable only to refund the full contracted price. TIX shall not be responsible for late or lost deliveries caused by the courier.
|CREDIT CARD PAYMENT||We
accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fairfield county, the state of Connecticut, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.

FEES. If TIX or its affiliates
take any action to enforce this Agreement and these terms and
conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you
agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost
of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to
which such parties may be entitled.
RELIEF. You acknowledge that a
violation or attempted violation of any of this Agreement and these
terms and conditions will cause such damage to TIX as will be
irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain
and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you
agree that TIX shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction
issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such
violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You,
or Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any
and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by TIX in obtaining
such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's
fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in
connection with such injunction.
4. TERMINATION. TIX
may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the
provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including
any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms
and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to
which TIX and its third party providers and distributors may be
entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement and
these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and
revert to TIX and its third party providers or distributors, as

addition, you must inform the Third Party of all Terms and Conditions

including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto. Each User
using this Site for or on behalf of a Third Party agrees to indemnify
and hold TIX and or its agents, employees, and / or affiliates (Covered
Party) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses,
damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to
the Third Party's or the User's failure to fulfill any of its
obligations as described above. User is directly responsible for any
orders and/or Bids submitted including related fees, charges and

terms and conditions herein.
15. E-MAIL. None of the Covered Parties are responsible for any errors or delays in responding to an order and/or Bid caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.
AGREEMENT. This Agreement,
together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred
to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the
subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or
agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and
may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such
amendments or modifications available on this site.
